Kings Cross iconic restaurant closes as the Queen raises her head.

Konstam the pearl of fine cousine on Acton St. Kings Cross has vacated its locality. No reasons other than "we are moving on" has been left. Konstam was increasingly empty during week days so my personal best guess is that they run dry. Those stranded in the area are highly recommended the refurbished Queens Head also on Acton St. The new owners made it a decent modern pub that deserves to be recognised. They are open Monday to Saturday with a list of fine beers and snacks including German and Scottish beers alongside French cheeses and Italian Parma. Table games, a piano and coffee are also available.
